About this role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Multiskilled Operative to join a fit-out project in Deeside, helping the site team through the final stages of the project and assisting with close-out works.
The role will be varied and will suit someone who is proactive, able to turn their hand to different tasks and happy to support the wider site team wherever required.
Duties will include: Supporting the team with project close-out and snagging works
Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
Looking after and maintaining site welfare facilities
Moving materials, equipment and deliveries around site
Clearing waste and ensuring designated areas are kept organised
Assisting with minor works and basic maintenance tasks
Helping with site set-up and dismantling as the project progresses
Carrying out general housekeeping duties
Following site health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements: Previous experience working on construction or fit-out projects preferred
Good work ethic and a proactive attitude
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
Comfortable carrying out a variety of practical duties
CSCS card preferred but not essential
Ability to follow instructions and work safely on a busy site
This is a hands-on role and would suit someone who takes pride in keeping a site organised and is willing to help wherever needed to get the project successfully over the line.
