Temporary Room Auditors required for a weeks work - 9th November and 23rd November - £15.33 an hour
Talbot Campus or Lansdowne Campus
On an hourly basis, Auditors are required to walk round a pre-determined route, recording the number of students in each room, using a hardcopy form and clipboard. This information is extremely valuable to the University and is used to produce reports that are presented to high level management teams. It is CRITICALLY IMPORTANT that the temps be available for the whole period of work, so there are no gaps in the data gathered. Each route takes around 30 - 40 mins - you then get a short break before the next route. If you do full time hours, you will get a lunch break for an hour.
9th November: X 4 STAFF - Hours: Monday 9am - 2pm, Tuesday 9am - 2pm, Wednesday 9am - 2pm, Thursday 9am - 2pm and Friday 9am - 2pm (Total hours 25 per person) AM SHIFTS
X 4 STAFF - Hours: Monday 2pm - 7pm, Tuesday 2pm - 7pm, Wednesday 2pm - 6pm, Thursday 2pm - 7pm and Friday 2pm - 6pm.(Total hours 23 per person) PM SHIFTS
(There is the opportunity for one person to do full time hours w/c 9th November) 42 hours
23rd November X3 STAFF - Hours: Monday to Friday - full time hours - 9am to 6pm - 2 at Talbot Campus 1 at Lansdowne Campus
There is a considerable amount of walking (around and between buildings) involved in this duty, throughout the day. It is important for the persons to be excellent timekeepers and to be able to manage the workload without supervision. Dress is smart casual, with comfortable footwear.
