In this high-profile interim procurement opportunity, you will take ownership of key indirect categories, including HR, Professional Services and Management Consultancy and will develop sourcing strategies that drive value, reduce risk, and support business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading end-to-end procurement activity across HR, Professional Services, Management Consultancy and other indirect spend categories as required,Managing tender processes, supplier negotiations, and contract awardsBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business requirements and influence decision-makingIdentifying cost reduction, value improvement, and supplier innovation opportunitiesManaging supplier performance and contractual complianceDelivering procurement projects within agreed timescales and budgetsProviding commercial advice and market insight to support strategic decisions To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience as an Indirect Procurement Manager, Category Manager, or Senior Procurement ManagerStrong procurement expertise across one or more of the following categories: HR, Professional Services, Management Consultancy.Demonstrable experience delivering sourcing projects, negotiations, and commercial outcomesExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsStrong supplier relationship and contract management experienceCommercial acumen with a track record of delivering savings and added valueAbility to operate effectively within a fast-paced and changing environment What you'll get in return
