Main duties of the job Join us as a Home Care Assistant in Brighton and make a real difference while building a rewarding career in care. Whether its sharing a cup of tea and a good chat, helping with daily routines, personal care, or being that friendly face that brightens a clients morning, youre giving more than care youre giving connection. The role is restricted to female applicants only under a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) as it involves providing personal care to women, to preserve their dignity and privacy. You will support people with daily routines, including household tasks and personal care, help with shopping, preparing meals, companionship, and assisting with medication. We provide comprehensive training, and no previous healthcare experience is required.
