Electrical Site Supervisor Location: North West / On-site Full Time | Permanent
About Us At Liberty, we deliver high-quality, customer-focused services that improve homes and communities. As our renewables division continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to help lead our teams and ensure the highest standards across all projects.
The Role As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing electrical works across installations, maintenance and repairs, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard.
You’ll lead and support a team of operatives and subcontractors, manage site activity, and play a key role in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities Supervise electrical operatives, subcontractors and site activityEnsure all work complies with NICEIC, MCS and relevant electrical regulationsCarry out site inspections, audits and quality checksProvide technical guidance and support across electrical projectsMonitor health & safety, implementing safe systems of workReview and validate electrical certification and documentationPlan and coordinate materials, labour and resources to maximise efficiencyLiaise with customers, clients and internal teams to ensure excellent service deliveryTrack performance, manage workloads and support continuous improvementMaintain accurate records, reports and compliance documentation About You You’ll be a confident supervisor with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant work.
Essential Recognised electrical apprenticeship and relevant trade qualifications18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent inspection & testing)Experience supervising electrical works within domestic maintenance or similar environmentsStrong knowledge of electrical compliance, safety standards and regulationsAbility to lead teams and manage site operations effectivelyFull UK driving licence Desirable Experience within social housing or renewables sectorsECS Gold CardSMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH certificationExperience with solar PV or renewables installations Why Join Liberty?
