What You’ll Do: • Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage • Provide hands-on ADL support when needed • Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards • Review charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP) • Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly • Support onboarding and mentor new team members • Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions
You are both a working caregiver and a frontline leader modeling professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service.
What We’re Looking For: • High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ • CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications • Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills • Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care

Casual employees work on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours and are not considered permanent employees. Employment is not guaranteed for any specific duration and may be ended at any time in accordance with applicable employment standards. Terms and conditions of employment will be outlined in the employment agreement.
