Your Responsibilities
• Wartung, Inspektion und Instandhaltung elektrischer Anlagen im Produktionsbereich • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen an elektrischen und automatisierungstechnischen Systemen • Austausch defekter Baugruppen sowie Wiederherstellung der Anlagenfunktion. • Betreuung und Anpassung von Siemens S7-/TDC-Steuerungen sowie Antriebssystemen von Siemens und ABB • Nutzung von Prozessdaten und Analysesystemen zur Ursachenanalyse und Anlagenoptimierung • Durchführung vorbeugender Wartungen sowie Mitwirkung bei Inbetriebnahmen, Umbauten und Modernisierungen • Dokumentation von Maßnahmen in SAP PM sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Instandhaltung im Schichtbetrieb
Your Profile
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker:in für Betriebstechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung industrieller Produktionsanlagen ist von Vorteil • Kenntnisse in der SPS-Technik, vorzugsweise Siemens SIMATIC S7 • Erfahrung mit Automatisierungs-, Antriebs- und Steuerungssystemen, insbesondere Siemens und ABB • Grundkenntnisse in Mess-, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik sowie idealerweise in Hydraulik und Pneumatik • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
