Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Anakapalli region. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and developing strong client relationships within the assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base in Anakapalli. * Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing training and performance feedback. * Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including market research and lead generation. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service. * Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. * Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management. * Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience. * Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Job Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role. * Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong understanding of the Anakapalli market and local business landscape. * Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Results-oriented with a strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Anakapalli region as required.
