Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager for our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Madurai. This role involves leading a sales team, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in the Madurai region. * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance. * Identify and develop new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and other relevant stakeholders. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies. * Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices. * Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. * Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. * Address customer queries and concerns effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the Loan Against Property (LAP) or mortgage industry. * Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * In-depth knowledge of LAP products, processes, and relevant regulatory frameworks. * Familiarity with the Madurai market and customer base is highly desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
