Your Future, as a Customer Sales Coordinator at mydentist
You’ll be joining us at our Middlesbrough practice. As a Customer Sales Coordinator, TCO ( Treatment Co-Ordinator) you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey. The role will ideally suit someone with previous Sales in similar environment OR a GDC qualified Dental Nurse who wants a change of role.
The working pattern for this role will be Wed 9am-5pm 30 min lunch Thursday 12pm-8pm 30min lunch Friday 8am-6pm 30min lunch Sat 8am-5pm 30min lunch Sun 8am-5pm 30min lunch Total: 41.5hrs (slightly flexible on this)

What you'll be doing
• Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events • Monitor and report on marketing performance • Support patients through their treatment journey • Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales • Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results • Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers
About you
• Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers • Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities • Confidence using all social platforms • Great at building relationships • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable using computer systems (training provided) • Possesses initiative and can prioritise own workload • Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial results
