Job Responsibilities:
• To perform setup and operates all systems meeting guests, clients and customer’s expectations and requirements
• To report to the Assist Director of Facilities and Facilities Manager for any abnormal conditions noticed at any time, especially with life safety related equipment or installation
• To ensure that after completion of each job the place of work is left in clean condition, with particular emphasis on guest areas
• To inspect regularly the function and safe operation of all equipment under his/her jurisdiction
• To perform, at least weekly, a routine inspection of all operational areas and report any equipment malfunction to the Assist Director of Facilities Management and Facilities Manager
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years related working experience, from a hospitality related industry, properties and building management in similar capacity
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
