Titre : Solution Validation Designer H/F/X. Segment : Royal Canin. Contrat : CDI. Permanent. On site. Localisation : Aimargues To support Royal Canin to become a Health through Nutrition Company, R&D team has an ambition: Step change the longevity and quality of life of cats and dogs by offering personalized, proactive, predictive and participatory health through nutrition solutions.
What are we looking for?
Education & Professional Qualifications:
• MSc (Engineer B+5) and/or DMV • Fluent in English
Knowledge / Experience:
• Person has experienced in external Cat & Dog panels (agencies) and/or facilities and /or Breeders/ and Clinical Trials • Knowledge of R&D, Markets/Marketing, Supply chain (Logistics) • Comfortable with data management and communications • Minimum 3 years’ experience • Petcare methodology knowledge
What are your key responsibilities ? Explore animal needs of the new project to generate insights and opportunities in Pre-quest
• Initiate & Identify insight coming from the field to anticipate the future needs • Deep dive on what is missing today to succeed • Collect data from the field and update knowledge with research team. • Anticipate potential study to explore new territory and long-term study on commercial product to fill the gap • Support the Solution Designer to shape our innovations for cats and dogs in order to answer to customers and pet owners’ needs. Lead and define Solution Performance studies
• Build and align with the Pet & Product Scientist as well as marketing the performance plan for new solutions to be able to support claims and Product KQA and to prove the efficacy of the solution globally. • Select and recruit international partners for the clinical studies • Coordinate documents submission to the Royal Canin Scientific Advisory Committee and to Ethics Committee • Plan to ensure Solution Performance studies delivery on time Monitor and deploy Solution performance studies
• Help to Supply products to monitor Product Performance studies • Organize and coordinate all internal validation and external clinical product performance tests • Monitor the Product Performance study budget • Compile the clinical study report and the statistical power of the results • Create the clinical data sheet • Standardized the protocol to be used by the local market • Review and communicate validation of the product performance to all stakeholders • Collect test and learn for the future project and anticipate vigilance field trial (phase 4 post launch) Maintain and develop relationships with internal & external partners
• Maintain international relationships with external agencies, collaborate with markets to network with Cat and Dog breeders/KOLs in all regions, and guarantee the image of Royal Canin R&D expertise in Dog and Cat world. • Contribute to the community of practice to maintain the foundation of the animal trial best practices (SOP, Target, methodologies).
