Dein Fokus: ein Multi-Entity-Setup sauber aufstellen, das Accounting internalisieren, Reporting und Forecasting investorenfähig machen und ein Finance-Team aufbauen, das mit weiteren Zukäufen mitwächst. Woran Du mit uns arbeitest <ul><li>Finance ganzheitlich steuern: Du verantwortest Budgetplanung, Forecasting, Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse, Kostenkontrolle und Working Capital. In der Aufbauphase packst Du auch selbst operativ mit an.</li><li>Multi-Entity-Strukturen aufbauen: Du steuerst Abschlüsse und Intercompany-Abstimmungen und entwickelst einen einheitlichen Kontenplan sowie ein belastbares Konsolidierungs- und Berichtswesen.</li><li>Reporting und Kennzahlen weiterentwickeln: Du erstellst Forecasts und Finanzanalysen für Geschäftsführung und Investoren, wirkst in Board- und Finanzierungsgesprächen mit und steuerst zentrale SaaS-Kennzahlen wie ARR, Net Revenue Retention und Deckungsbeiträge.</li><li>Zukäufe begleiten: Du unterstützt M&A-Prozesse von der Financial Due Diligence bis zur Integration und führst Prozesse, Systeme und Reporting neuer Gesellschaften zusammen.</li><li>Accounting und Systeme skalieren: Du internalisierst schrittweise die Finanzbuchhaltung, gestaltest den künftigen Finance-Stack – unter anderem mit DATEV, Salesforce, JustOn und Moss – und baust skalierbare Prozesse auf.</li><li>Liquidität und Team verantworten: Du sicherst die Liquiditätsplanung, steuerst externe Finanzpartner und entwickelst das Finance-Team in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung weiter.</li></ul> Damit überzeugst Du uns <ul><li>Qualifikation und Erfahrung: Du hast ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Finance oder Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Finance-Erfahrung mit Führungsverantwortung.</li><li>Multi-Entity- und HGB-Praxis: Du hast Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse mehrerer Gesellschaften nach HGB eigenverantwortlich gesteuert und bringst Erfahrung in Intercompany-Abstimmung und Konsolidierung mit.</li><li>Aufbau statt Verwaltung: Du hast Finance-Prozesse schon einmal neu geschaffen – etwa eine Systemmigration, die Internalisierung einer externen Buchhaltung oder den Aufbau eines Konsolidierungs- und Reportingmodells.</li><li>Scale-up- und Transaktionsnähe: Erfahrung aus Scale-ups, SaaS oder investorenfinanzierten Unternehmen ist ideal; Transaktions- oder Post-Merger-Integration-Erfahrung ein klares Plus.</li><li>System- und Zahlenverständnis: Du arbeitest sehr sicher mit Excel, hast Erfahrung mit BI-Tools und kennst DATEV im Mehr-Gesellschaften-Umfeld.</li><li>Arbeitsweise und Kommunikation: Du verbindest strategischen Blick mit Hands-on-Mentalität, arbeitest strukturiert und kommunizierst souverän mit Team, Geschäftsführung und externen Partnern.
