The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in computer network basics, Office Software, and fluent English. Your mission Daily Business Operation Support: <ul><li>Assist team members to proceed product or software testing and output test report</li><li>Assist in troubleshooting and handling after-sales issues </li><li>Online product information platform maintenance</li><li>Sample material image processing and calibration used for AI Algorithm machine training.</li><li>Assist in shooting product demonstration video or operation guidance video</li><li>Provide technical assistance to team members as needed</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology educational background. Or other major backgrounds with computer & network related Knowledge</li><li>Able to intern for more than six consecutive months, at least 3 working days per week.</li></ul>Technical Skills: <ul><li>Experience in video shooting & editing is a plus.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations.</li></ul>Communication Skills: <ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Preferably Chinese and English speaker </li></ul>Adaptability: <ul><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.</li></ul>Team Player: <ul><li>Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.</li></ul>Organizational Skills: <ul><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.</li></ul>
