Key Information HIKMICRO is now looking for a Return Merchandise Authorization Administration Intern for the Technical Support Team. In this role, you will work closely with <strong>technical support specialists, after-sales service team and warehouse team</strong>. <br>You will play a key part in managing the RMA process, supporting smooth and timely handling of product returns, repairs, and inventory movement. This is a <strong>hands-on role</strong> that combines <strong>administrative </strong><strong>duties with some physical tasks</strong>. You will gain valuable experience in after-sales support operations and cross-functional coordination in a dynamic international environment.<br><br> Job Description <ul><li>Monitor and maintain the RMA email inbox: respond to inquiries, provide basic troubleshooting suggestions, and route cases to the appropriate teams.</li><li>Coordinate the return and exchange process, keeping all parties informed and ensuring timely follow-ups.</li><li>Track and update incoming and outgoing RMA stock; assist with regular inventory checks.</li><li>Support warehouse tasks, including helping with packaging, delivery coordination, and pick-ups.</li><li>Provide general administrative assistance to the Technical Support Team as needed.</li><li>compensation: <strong> </strong>€14.71 / hour</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Comfortable with <strong>on-site</strong> work and <strong>occasional physical tasks in a warehouse setting</strong>.</li><li>Able to <strong>handle repetitive tasks </strong>with a strong sense of responsibility and consistency.</li><li>Available for <strong>at least 6 months</strong>,<strong> for 3 full working days per week.</strong></li><li><strong>Detail-oriented</strong> and reliable with a can-do attitude.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and preferably SAP.</li><li>Fluent in both <strong>English</strong> and <strong>Chinese</strong>.</li></ul>
