About this role
Your mission As an <strong>Inventory & Logistics Coordinator</strong>, you will support the day-to-day warehouse, inventory and transportation operations in the Netherlands. You will ensure accurate inventory records, coordinate inbound and outbound activities, and work closely with internal teams, third-party warehouses and logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely operations.<br><strong>Your key responsibilities will include:</strong><ol><li>Process goods receipts, goods issues and stock transfers in SAP based on actual inbound and outbound documentation, ensuring that physical inventory is accurately reflected in the system.</li><li>Manage the day-to-day organization and stocktaking of materials in the company-operated warehouse, investigate inventory discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions.</li><li>Conduct initial inspections of returned products, including checks on product appearance, model, quantity and completeness of accessories, and maintain accurate inspection records.</li><li>Support inbound and outbound planning, as well as warehouse capacity planning, for third-party warehouses.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and ageing across all warehouses, identify potential risks and follow up on exceptions in a timely manner.</li><li>Manage the subsidiary’s import customs clearance activities, including preparing and verifying customs documentation, following up on customs duties and import VAT, and coordinating the resolution of customs clearance issues.</li><li>Request and compare quotations from logistics service providers and arrange transportation based on cost, lead time and operational requirements.</li><li>Track shipments through to final delivery and coordinate the timely resolution of transportation and delivery exceptions.</li><li>Maintain accurate warehouse, inventory and logistics data, and prepare relevant operational reports.</li></ol> Your profile We are looking for a hands-on, reliable and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in an international and operational environment.<br><strong>You bring:</strong><br><ul><li>2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, supply chain operations or a similar role.</li><li>Fluent English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills. You will work closely with commercial teams, warehouse colleagues, logistics providers and other external partners.</li><li>Chinese language skills are a strong advantage, but not a requirement.</li><li>Experience with SAP or another ERP system, together with good working knowledge of Excel.</li><li>A practical, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a clear focus on inventory accuracy.</li><li>Good interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and follow through on operational issues.</li><li>A valid driving licence and the ability to drive in the Netherlands are required.</li><li>You must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. </li><li>Experience with warehouse and logistics operations in the Netherlands is an advantage.</li><li>A valid forklift operator certificate is considered an advantage.</li></ul>
