Your mission As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the deployment, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support of our AGV/AMR systems across Europe. You will work closely with customers, project teams, local service engineers, and R&D teams to ensure successful project delivery and stable system operation. Your profile Your responsibilitiesProject deployment and commissioning<ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Perform the on-site installation, configuration, commissioning, and testing of AGV/AMR systems.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Configure and optimize navigation maps, charging stations, system parameters, and related equipment.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Support system integration with customer infrastructure, warehouse systems, and other automation equipment.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Conduct system testing and support customer acceptance activities.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Prepare commissioning reports and relevant technical documentation.</li></ul>Technical support and troubleshooting<ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and communication issues.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Monitor system alerts, analyze technical problems, and identify root causes.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Coordinate with R&D and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Document technical problems, solutions, and follow-up actions.</li></ul>Customer training and documentation<ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Provide customers with training on system operation and basic maintenance.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Prepare and maintain training materials, user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Explain technical information and solutions clearly to customers.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Support communication between European customers and internal technical teams in China.</li></ul>System monitoring and improvement<ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Monitor system performance, including uptime, battery status, charging activities, and system alerts.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Conduct routine system inspections and preventive maintenance.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve system performance.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Support system upgrades, configuration changes, and continuous improvement activities.</li></ul>Internal collaboration<ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Work closely with project managers, service teams, solution engineers, sales teams, and R&D teams.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Collect and communicate customer feedback and technical requirements.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Support project planning, progress tracking, and technical coordination.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Ensure that technical issues and project risks are communicated and followed up in a timely manner.</li></ul>Your profile<ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Bachelor’s degree or above in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">At least two years of relevant experience in AGV/AMR, robotics, industrial automation, warehouse automation, or technical field service.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Practical experience in system installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical troubleshooting.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Basic knowledge of industrial networks, electrical systems, software configuration, and system integration.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within an international team.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to explain technical information clearly.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">Willing to travel within the Netherlands and across Europe according to project requirements.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:150%;">A valid driving licence is preferred.</li></ul> Why us?
