You will: Initiate and coordinate internal research projects Proactively identify collaboration and funding opportunities with research institutes, universities, technology partners, and other external partners Conduct hands-on research and experiments Translate emerging technologies and research ideas into concrete project proposals Support feasibility studies, early concept validation, and technology exploration Align research activities with product roadmap, platform needs, and R&D strategy Ensure knowledge transfer from research into product development
