NPI & Testing – From Development to Series Production The 10-person NPI & Testing team ensures that new products are reliably transferred from development into series production. Our work takes place at the intersection of development, testing and manufacturing , where risks are identified early, transparency is created and quality requirements as well as testability are considered from the very beginning. Working closely with hardware engineering, manufacturing and project teams, we combine strong technical understanding with structured processes. Systematic testing, clear documentation and a pragmatic focus on feasibility are key elements of our work. In short: NPI & Testing stands for successful product introductions and secure product ramp-ups, supported by reliable test equipment and assembly aids that are ready for series production.
