The Role Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshoot issues. Provide excellent service while identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upgrading purchased products when applicable. Work collaboratively with your team to meet performance targets and customer satisfaction goals. Your Qualifications Be a native German speaker with excellent command of C1-level English. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented. Possess basic computer literacy and adaptability to learn new systems. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not mandatory. The Offer Location: 100% onsite in Malaga, offering a vibrant and multicultural work environment.
