Your key responsibilitiesRocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of the location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

Be the first contact and provide a flawless welcome to our discerning guests
Ensure that our exceptional service standards are met from arrival to set the tone of their dining experience
Interpret, understand, and act on the needs of our guests, demonstrating discretion in your interactions and being able to communicate effectively with the team to guarantee guests' needs are met.
Make sure the expectations of our guests are met at all times
Act naturally in all your communications

The expected salary package of a Host is £36,222.52 gross per annum (salary plus discretionary service charge)
