Your key responsibilitiesRocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
Cooperate well with colleagues in your own team and across departments
Ensure that all in-house events and meetings run seamlessly - from weddings, dinners, and cocktail parties to conferences and press junkets
Join our team of outstanding floor staff to deliver flawless service in a world-leading luxury hotel, assisting the management team in meeting the high expectations of our discerning guests
Be eager to learn and be a confident and adaptable individual able to thrive in a high-pressure, world-class environment.
Be exceptionally well presented and capable of making a warm first impression on our guests while delivering discreet, sensitive standards of service.
