Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive supervision to ensure children’s safety at all times
• Assist with diapering and basic hygiene needs
• Encourage children to eat meals and try new foods
• Support positive interactions and prevent conflicts between children
• Model appropriate behavior and social skills
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old OR a junior/senior currently enrolled in a high school Early Childhood Education (ECE) program
• High school diploma (or in progress for eligible students)
• Genuine desire to work with children
• Patient, dependable, and team-oriented
• Willingness to assist with all aspects of childcare, including diapering
