Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the classroom environment
• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum
• Ensure compliance with licensing and Step Up To Quality standards
• Mentor and support assistant teachers
• Build strong relationships with children and families
Qualifications:
• Experience in early childhood education required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of child development and classroom management
• Passion for providing high-quality care and education
