About this role
As a System engineer, you will gather and analyze business and application requirements for infrastructure solutions. Support the design, installation, testing, and implementation of Windows systems. Manage changes through established processes, respond to incidents, and implement corrective and preventive measures. Monitor system performance, service levels, and ensure adherence to ITIL, ISO20000, and ISO27001 best practices.

Gather infrastructure requirements and perform analysis and designPlan, design, install, test, and implement Windows systems as specifiedManage system changes through established change request processRespond to incidents, investigate, and provide timely resolutionsConduct root cause analysis and implement proactive measuresMonitor performance and availability of systems and take corrective actionsMonitor agreed service levels and document system configurationsPlan and implement business continuity measures including backup and disaster recoveryProvide technical advice on systems to customers and project teamsEnsure ICT system management aligns with ITIL, ISO20000, and ISO27001 standardsSupport budget, resources, and schedules for system implementation activitiesApply facility management standards for consistent system operationsEvaluate business environment to support long-term strategy developmentAdvise on technology adoption considering business and technical requirements The ideal candidate should be / possess:
At least 2 to 3 years of relevant IT Infrastructure experience.Strong knowledge of Windows Server administrationUnderstanding of backup, restore, and disaster recovery practicesFamiliarity with ITIL processes and ISO20000/ISO27001 standardsDegree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplinePreferred Attributes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work effectively with teams and stakeholdersGood communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and eager to learn new technologiesDue to the project nature, only Singapore Citizens will be considered for this role.
