We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Network Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore, Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure. You will work with cutting-edge technologies to ensure optimal network performance, security, and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth and innovation.
Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level network architectures that support scalability and organizational objectivesConfigure and optimize routing and switching protocols across multiple network segments using industry-standard platformsImplement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control policies to protect organizational assetsMonitor network performance using industry-standard tools and analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and potential issuesTroubleshoot complex network issues efficiently and document solutions for future reference and knowledge sharingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud networking solutions with on-premises infrastructureMaintain comprehensive network documentation and configuration management systems with meticulous attention to detailConduct regular network assessments and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, security, and resilienceSupport end-users and internal teams by providing technical assistance and clear explanations of network-related conceptsStay current with emerging network technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement 3-5 years of professional experience in network engineering or infrastructure managementAdvanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals and network protocolsHands-on experience with enterprise routing and switching platforms (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or equivalent vendors)Proficiency with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools and technologiesStrong understanding of network security principles, firewall management, and VPN technologiesDemonstrated experience designing and implementing solutions in hybrid network environmentsExperience with cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or equivalent servicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailOrganized approach to project management and technical documentationStrong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work collaboratively in team environments while maintaining independent initiativePreferred: Experience with network automation and scripting languages (Python, Ansible)Preferred: Knowledge of software-defined networking (SDN) concepts and implementationsPreferred: Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (ITIL)Preferred: Experience with VoIP and unified communications solutionsPreferred: Relevant industry certifications (Cisco CCNA, Juniper JNCIA, or equivalent) We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs—Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity—and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
