About this role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will have to participate in the evolution of the Rating and
LGD applications used to manage the counterparties rating and LGD calculation.
Your role will include:
Gathering user requirements, performing requirements’ analysis and writing functional specificationsPerforming quality assurance, by defining and executing test casesDeveloping positive relationships with internal clients and stakeholdersDesigning, documenting and maintaining system processesProviding users with first line supportProviding proposals on improving operational efficiencyActing as a mentor to less experienced staffApplying best practices for effective communication and problem-solving.Working in an Agile environment with a Scrum framework Functional Skills:
Professional / Academic knowledge in Economics/Finance/Risk Management/Banking (must have)
Experience as business analyst or having worked on IT projects in Financial Institutions must have)Technical Skills:
