Build and grow your own client list through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visitsDevelop and maintain relationships with clients and team, growing a wide and effective network inside and outside the organizationManage charter bookings end to end, from inquiry to completion, as the trusted advisor behind every tripDemonstrate expert understanding of aircraft and the chartering processPresent and undertake public speaking with skill and confidenceCover flight operations as part of a defined on-call rotation 24/7Make clear, timely decisions that keep clients happy and flights on scheduleTRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Award-winning professional training and one-on-one mentoringSupportive balance between independent and team-oriented workTraining in New York for about 3 months followed by international training based in London, UK for 3 weeks.Training and travel expenses are covered by us!Paid your base salary during training! Sales experience in a luxury or high-consideration category - luxury real estate, luxury or exotic auto, yachting, private banking/wealth management, or high-end hospitality are strongly preferred!A track record of winning, whether in sales, competitive sports, or entrepreneurshipComfort with outbound prospecting and rejectionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsActive listening and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detailThe drive to turn relationships into revenue and build long-term client relationshipsConsistently meeting and exceeding sales goals WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU
