Monitoring the functionality of equipment, lifts and technical facilities throughout the hotel and carefully keeping track of defectsNewly built hotel opening in the heart of London with 222 keysReal opportunity to set the standards and maintain this state-of-the-art propertyDynamic member of the Management team and able to operate in a small teamCommunicating, liaising and cooperating with external companies, in particular checking any maintenance workUndertaking a tour of the premises every day to identify any defects in the hotel and carrying out the appropriate repair and renovation workGaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams You are a hotel professional with manual skills or a tradesperson with a passion for the hotel industry? Have completed a technical apprenticeship and/or have professional experience of one or more trades or building maintenance or be looking for a change of career.
