About this role
Thanks to your hosting skills, our guests will enjoy a wonderful stay. As well as tending the bar and One Lounge, your duties will also include the following:
Providing a seamless, rapid serviceHelping to organise the bar service and determine all the necessary standards and schedules in cooperation with the department managerProviding advice to customers and actively selling Motel One Lounge products in order to achieve the One Lounge sales budgetHelping to order food, beverages and spirits for the bar areas and take inventory at the end of the monthGaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of careerBe open and communicative Have hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industryBe flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situationsBe a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together Contract Details
