Pay Range: $16- $17 per hour
Job Summary:
As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with inquiries, and support the overall hospitality experience within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, families, and visitorsAnswer phones and direct calls appropriatelyProvide information and support for resident servicesMaintain a welcoming and organized front desk areaAssist with administrative tasks as needed Required Qualifications:
