About this role
Reporting to the Finance Manager Nordics, you will have versatile responsibilities within the finance team, including administration and internal reporting. As such you will have a supporting role to the Finance Manager, as well as working closely with the two other members of the Finance team.
Your role:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Nordic entities, including general ledger, reconciliations and month-end closing activities. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information. Prepare and coordinate VAT, tax and other statutory reporting in cooperation with external advisors and local partners. Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for the Nordic business. Prepare internal management reports and financial analyses, providing insights into performance, deviations and key business drivers. Contribute to the development and improvement of finance processes, routines and internal controls, with a focus on efficiency and quality. Work closely with the Finance Manager Nordic, taking ownership and ensuring continuity across key finance matters Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and 5+ years of relevant experience within accounting and finance, preferably in an international environment. Strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with month-end closing and financial reporting. Experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. Good understanding of VAT, tax and statutory reporting. Comfortable working both hands-on with day-to-day finance and with broader financial and business-related matters. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial information into relevant business insights. You are proactive, structured and self-driven, with the ability to take ownership and work independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence in working with stakeholders across different functions and levels. Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.
