About this role
Unload/Load freight from trailers and load outbound trailers using forklifts.Label FreightCount and on occasion is required to weigh items to ensure conformance to the shipper's bill of ladingStarts heaters, placard trailers as required.Must take an active role in the safety and maintenance of the warehouse by sweeping the floor, proper storage of dunnage, etc.Other duties may be assigned WHIMS/Dangerous Goods Certificate (These items are covered with in-house training programs)Developed problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, and judgment skillsAble to lift 50 lbs, sometimes repetitiveAbility to multitask and manage various tasks successfullyWilling to Train PT role could lead to full-timeMust be safety-minded.Must be goal-oriented.Forklift experience What do we offer to you?
