The Transport and Mobility sector is undergoing a transformation driven by digitalisation, mergers and acquisitions, and organisational challenges (transport operators, Organising Authorities). This role is aimed at an experienced Senior Manager capable of delivering management consulting, organisational and digital transformation engagements.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As a Senior Manager Transport and Mobility (M/F), you operate within the development of our Transport and Mobility practice, in close collaboration with our Energy, Utilities and Industry practice.
Support the scoping and development of strategic projectsAdvise on and support the scoping and delivery of high-stakes transformation projectsManage and reengineer processesDefine the target operating model and trajectoryDefine the vision, roadmap and master plans (IT and business)Support M&A operations and Post-Merger IntegrationConduct benchmarksManage RFI/RFP processes: process adaptation and reorganisationDefine the change management strategyWork on enterprise architecture With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you hold a degree from a top-tier school or a postgraduate university program. You have 3 to 5 years of experience within a consulting firm or in roles that provided significant experience in Industry, Energy, Transport, and Mobility topics.
Autonomy and the ability to take initiative will be assets for success.
