💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As a ServiceNow Administrator Consultant (M/F), you are responsible for the administration, configuration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
Administer, configure and maintain the various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, FSM, Catalog, Incident/Change/Problem, etc.)Manage platform updates (versioning, patching, compatibility)Ensure proper compliance and security of ACLs (Access Control Lists) and their evolution over timeCreate and maintain workflows, Flow Designer and automationsParticipate in managing integrations with other internal or external systemsCollaborate closely with a technical team (developers, integrators, technicians) and a governance group to collectively validate functional and technical evolutionsFollow development best practices by commenting and documenting your projectsTrack evolution requests and translate them into functional and technical requirements You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a university or engineering school.You have technical-functional analysis capabilities to understand different use cases.You master JavaScript development, interface development, and ServiceNow application integration.A good level of English would be a plus.Soft skills: Detail-oriented, autonomous, with good interpersonal skills, you adapt to different client contexts.You have strong writing skills and can adapt to different stakeholders.
