The Salesforce Senior Product Owner role combines strategic vision, business workshop facilitation, Agile oversight and project management. This role is aimed at an experienced Salesforce Product Owner.

As a e Salesforce Senior Product Owner (M/F), you operate across both strategic and operational dimensions.
Facilitate business and functional workshopsGather, analyse and formalise requirements into a backlog for integration teamsEnsure change management with usersProvide advisory and expertise to stakeholdersOversee testing phases, lead data migration and participate in go-live activitiesEnsure the application of Agile methodologies (Scrum)Manage priorities, planning and project organisationEnsure project leadership (monitoring, coordination, reporting) Confirmed experience in managing complex, multi-task projects.Excellent mastery of the Salesforce ecosystem (minimum 2 clouds).Strong team management and leadership skills.Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) appreciated.Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.Very good knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.Natural leadership and ability to unite.Clear communication, adapted to different stakeholders.
