Treasury & Cash Management
Monitor daily cash balances across all bank accounts.Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts.Manage daily funding requirements.Ensure sufficient liquidity for operational requirements.Monitor call account and investment balances.Banking Administration
Manage banking relationships.Facilitate account openings and maintenance.Maintain banking access controls and mandates.Assist with banking compliance and due diligence requests.Payments & Funding
Review and process payment runs.Monitor daily deposits and withdrawals.Manage treasury funding requirements.Coordinate with operational teams regarding payment matters.Reconciliations
Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliations.Reconcile payment provider and settlement accounts.Investigate and resolve reconciling differences.Ensure accurate posting of treasury transactions.Financial Reporting
Prepare daily cash position reports.Produce treasury reporting packs.Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.Compliance & Controls
Ensure adherence to treasury policies and procedures.Support internal and external audits.Maintain strong controls over banking and payment processes.Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Treasury qualification advantageous.Experience
3–5 years' experience in treasury, finance, or accounting.Experience with cash flow forecasting and reconciliations.Experience managing multiple bank accounts and payment providers.iGaming, fintech, or payments industry experience advantageous.Skills & Competencies
Advanced Excel skills.Strong analytical and reconciliation abilities.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Key Performance Indicators
Cash flow forecast accuracy.Timely processing of payments.Accuracy of reconciliations.Reduction of unreconciled items.Compliance with treasury controls.Accuracy and timeliness of reporting. What's on Offer
