Develop and execute LulaBet's marketing and growth plans in line with commercial priorities.Drive customer growth, market penetration and brand awareness through relevant propositions and campaigns.Maintain LulaBet's brand positioning, value proposition and brand standards.Plan and lead integrated campaigns across digital, sponsorship, activation and above-the-line channels.Manage marketing activity across television, radio, outdoor media and other brand-building platforms.Identify and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships and activation opportunities.Translate customer, competitor and market insight into practical growth initiatives.Ensure consistent and relevant brand communication across customer touchpoints.Oversee LulaBet's content and social media direction.Develop commercially focused briefs and manage creative, media, PR and specialist agencies.Evaluate agency performance and ensure marketing investment delivers measurable value.Collaborate across the business to align marketing with product, customer and commercial priorities.Coordinate and develop the marketing function, setting clear priorities and accountability.Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources against agreed priorities.Monitor campaign effectiveness, brand performance and contribution to business growth.Provide management with clear reporting, recommendations and visibility of risks.Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, advertising standards and internal approvals.Promote responsible marketing across customer communications and campaigns. A relevant degree or equivalent demonstrated professional experience.At least five years' marketing experience, including responsibility for campaigns, agencies or small teams.Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies in a customer-focused business.Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.Experience building customer-facing brands in a digital or consumer environment.Experience managing integrated campaigns across digital and ATL channels, including television, radio and outdoor media.Experience managing agencies, external partners, sponsorships and commercial relationships.Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating effectiveness.Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.Advantageous
Experience within iGaming, fintech or a high-growth e-commerce environment.Experience building and scaling a consumer-facing brand.Experience leading customer growth initiatives within a digital business.Experience with sponsorships and large-scale brand activations.Experience in a regulated industry.An interest in sport and digital products.
