About this role
As a Cashier, you will contribute to providing a pleasant, efficient and personalized customer experience. You will be responsible for processing transactions accurately while creating a positive experience for every customer.
Your main responsibilities:
Welcome customers with enthusiasm and provide friendly and courteous service;Process transactions quickly and accurately;Handle cash, credit/debit cards and other forms of payment;Answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate products or services when needed;Process returns, exchanges and adjustments in accordance with company policies;Keep the checkout area clean, organized and welcoming;Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience;Follow cash-handling procedures, company policies and loss-prevention standards.
