Drive sales growth across Poland and Eastern Europe by promoting LGC Standards' industry-leading portfolioBuild strong customer relationships through phone, email, and virtual meetingsIdentify and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generationFollow up on quotations, nurture leads, and support customers throughout their buying journeyPartner with Marketing to launch new products and increase market awarenessUse digital sales tools and insights to grow your territory and maximise opportunitiesDeliver an excellent customer experience and maintain high service standards 🎯 What We're Looking For
A degree or educational background in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related scientific disciplineNative-level Polish and fluent English (written and spoken)Previous experience in sales, customer-facing commercial roles, or business developmentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive, self-motivated approach and a passion for delivering resultsExperience selling scientific, laboratory, analytical, or technical productsKnowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech, environmental, or industrial markets💙 Why Join LGC Standards?
