Cover 3rd line support as required. Owning the delivery and resolution of technical problems & incidents. Responsible for Patch Management. Review logs, monitoring solutions, alerts and other items to ensure service availability and performance. Min 3 years of expertise in Administration of SCCM/Intune, MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) and PowerShell Understanding of Infrastructure technology and protocols(DHCP, PXE) Microsoft solutions (AD, AAD, Intune, SCCM, SQL) Several years expertise in Software deployment and patchingWindows Server Administration knowledgeInterpersonal skills and competencies
Excellent written and spoken English skills are mandatoryUniversity degreeGood communications/ presentation skillsHigh customer focus; · Team player, proactive networking attributes, results and execution focus, high drive.
