The Head of COO Supply Chain Solutions leads the global Supply Chain Solutions function within Business Platforms & Applications, driving strategy, transformation, and operational excellence across end-to-end supply chain systems.
Lead and scale a global Supply Chain Solutions organization, ensuring high performance, alignment, and collaboration across regionsDefine and execute the end-to-end supply chain technology strategy aligned with business priorities and digital transformation initiativesServe as the senior IT partner to COO and Supply Chain leadership, translating business needs into scalable, value-driven solutionsOwn, modernize, and optimize the global application portfolio across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse operationsDrive large-scale transformation programs (e.g., ERP/SAP S/4HANA), process standardization, and system harmonizationEstablish and enforce governance, standards, operating models, and best practices across the supply chain technology landscapeLead cross-functional product teams and Business IT Integrated Teams (BITs) to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder alignmentOversee budgets, resource allocation, and vendor/partner management, ensuring cost efficiency and value realizationEnsure compliance with enterprise architecture, data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirementsDrive innovation, continuous improvement, KPI performance, and talent development to enhance organizational effectiveness Degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus10+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, digital transformation, or supply chain technology within complex, global organizationsProven track record managing global teams and leading leaders, with strong experience in matrix and cross-functional environmentsDemonstrated success delivering large-scale transformation programs (e.g., ERP/SAP S/4HANA), including business process redesign and change managementDeep functional expertise across end-to-end supply chain domains, including planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and S&OPStrong experience with enterprise platforms, including ERP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and related systems such as WMS, TMS, APS, MES, and analytics toolsSolid understanding of enterprise architecture, system integration, data governance, and modern cloud-based application landscapesProven leadership capabilities in building high-performing teams, coaching leaders, and driving talent development and succession planningStrong commercial and operational acumen, with experience managing budgets, vendors, and external service providers to deliver measurable business valueExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills; fluent in English, with additional languages considered an advantage Self-determined, flexible work through trust-based working hours and home office optionsAttractive performance-based compensation including vacation and Christmas bonuses in a company bound by collective agreementsGrow with us through the diverse learning and training opportunities offered by the LEONI AcademyModern office concepts with communicative layouts, work islands, and quiet zonesStay fit and healthy with regular health days, preventive check-ups, and group sports activities
