About this role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support the daily supply chain operations for selected customers. You will be in close contact with production sites, logistics partners, and customers, helping to ensure smooth delivery processes and accurate planning. This role is ideal for candidates who want to grow in customer service and logistics, gaining valuable experience in an international environment.
What will be your responsibilities?
Supporting daily communication and coordination between production plants, logistics partners, ADC, and customersProcessing customer orders and monitoring schedules against agreementsSupporting inventory monitoring, cycle counting, and stock take activities in cooperation with ADCEscalating issues and supporting the resolution of deviations in delivery planningAssisting in the preparation of logistics concepts and supporting RFQ processes (data collection, cost calculations)Managing basic customer inquiries and logistics complaints under supervision What do we expect from you?
Education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant work experience in customer service/logisticsExperience in supply chain or customer service roles, ideally in manufacturing or automotive industry (2-3 years)Basic knowledge of supply chain processes (order management, inventory, logistics flows)Good analytical and organizational skills, willingness to learn and take on more responsibility over timeFluency in English (minimum B2 level) is mandatory; French language skills are a strong advantageMS Office proficiency; first experience with ERP systems (SAP) is a plusTeam-oriented personality with a proactive and customer-focused mindsetFlexibility to align your working hours with an international team, with a preference for availability during core business hours (typically around 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Basic gross guaranteed salary: from 1500 EUR/Brutto +13th salary The final basic wage component will be adjusted to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
