Provides relevant information about competition, customers and market development for all affected parties and support the development of the account planChecks and tracks customer requirements, RfQ pre-conditions and customer project portfolio development in order to identify and verify potential new opportunitiesNegotiates product changes with the customer and collect purchase orders from customers for administration by sales supportDelivers relevant input for strategic business planning, develops measures for margin improvements and negotiates theseSupports negotiation preparation and documentation for arbitration of customer volume/demand in order to optimize production costs (S&OP and MPS) is neededCollects from customer feedback and relevant data and collects in cases of improvement needs/ escalation the status of measures/escalations LEONI internally for trackingIdentifies and categorizes customer claims together with all relevant stakeholders Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or Industrial Management
A technical background combined with business education is a strong plus
0–2 years of professional experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development, or Commercial Project Management
First exposure to B2B environments, ideally in industrial, automotive, or manufacturing sectors
Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
Good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
