About this role
In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping secure and user-friendly Dynamics 365 F&O environments, working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Your work will directly contribute to improving how organizations operate and manage access and risk.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand access needs and translating them into clear, effective security designsLeading interactive solution walkthrough sessions (“conference room pilots”), encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharingSupporting workshops focused on access management, including segregation of duties (SoD) and security architectureWorking closely with technical teams to configure security roles, user access, and system settings, including customizations and local adaptationsHelping ensure a smooth delivery by supporting testing, training, and go-live activitiesTaking ownership in the post go-live phase by identifying improvements, resolving access challenges, and strengthening security processesProactively partnering with clients to enhance their Security, Risk, and Control frameworks, including opportunities for automation and audit readinessYou’ll be part of a collaborative, international team where your ideas are valued and where you’re encouraged to take initiative while being supported along the way.

Experience working in Finance, Controlling, or Audit environments (preferably in an international context)A Master’s degree or equivalent experienceMicrosoft Dynamics 365 F&O certification3–5 years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O implementations, ideally with a focus on access management or securityUnderstanding of role-based access control and segregation of duties (SoD) frameworksExperience with configuring security within D365 F&O standardsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownershipClear and confident communication skills, with a willingness to explore new ideas and perspectivesExperience in delivering demos, walkthroughs, or pre-sales sessions is a plusInterest in (generative) AI and motivation to explore how it can support and enhance your daily work Gross salary between €3.245 and €5,050, a bonus, a fixed expense allowance and a working from home allowance. 30 vacation days (on a full-time basis) and the option to buy more days or sell your vacation days.
