Maintenance of the Management Systems (OHSAS18001/ ISO45001 and ISO 14001)Local legislative and corporate complianceMonthly reportingSafety competence developmentManagement of the health and safety system ISOCountry Level Responsibilities:
HSE reporting on the performance of the Management System and continuous improvement objectives;Review of local legislation and ensuring complianceManaging the Internal and external HSE Audit Programs, conducting Health & Safety inspections, audits and surveys / assessmentsSupporting and managing incident and near miss investigations and reporting, providing feedback, lessons learned and best practices to management and all employeesImplementing Corporate Minimum HSE Requirements, Roadmaps, and other corporate HSE policies and initiativesManage local HSE policies, standards and proceduresProvision and supporting of employee HSE trainingVisiting customers and suppliers as required to confer on specific HSE issuesContributing to and/or planning and executing safety related projects (also international)Initiating and developing various forms of popularization of safety issuesWe offer:

Qualification: Qualified to or working towards local Diploma level on Occupational Health and Safety Management as a safety professionalExperience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a safety professional role and working to OHSAS18001 Occ. H&S management system practicesProficient in English and Polish is a mustStrong and passionate voice for safetyKnowledge of applicable lawsAbility to plan, organize and provide internal training;Ability to self-initiate actions, decision making, overcoming problems; Aesthetic sense, attention to detail, initiative and proactiveness in activities"Can do" attitude and ability to build good relationships with suppliers, clients and colleaguesOpen to business travelling (50/50)
