We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing various industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including electric overhead traveling cranesTroubleshoot equipment breakdowns efficiently and effectivelyConsult with customers on repair and safety-related issues, providing expert advice and solutionsComplete accurate and detailed documentation of all service activities using mobile devicesConduct regular inspections and safety checks on equipmentCollaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiencyStay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and safety standardsRespond to emergency service calls as needed, including potential after-hours work Apprentice-trained or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering or related fieldProven experience in industrial equipment maintenance, repair, and servicingStrong knowledge of electrical engineering disciplines and mechanical systemsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsProficiency in using mobile devices for documentation and reportingOutstanding customer service skills with a professional demeanorAbility to work at heights and in various industrial environmentsValid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sitesStrong commitment to health and safety practicesExcellent communication skills in English, both verbal and writtenDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesFlexibility to work extra hours and participate in on-call rotations as neededAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with overhead cranes and hoists is a plus
