About this role
Product Manager will be analyzing market and competitive conditions and lays out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customers demands. The role of the product manager spans many activities from strategic to tactical and at its best provides cross-functional leadership-bridging gaps within the company between different functions, most notably between engineer-oriented teams, sales and marketing, and support related to the product assign. Also helping in reduce the time prototype and produce ideas across divisions.
What you will be doing :
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate improvements ideas to assigned product that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growthCreate buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partnersDevelop product pricing and positioning strategiesTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypesScope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impactWork closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resourcesDrive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team membersEvaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyedAct as a product evangelist to build awareness and understandingRepresent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager, preferably experienced in building customer facing productProven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycleProven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive managementSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesProven knowledge in Indonesian broad or retail market and revenue stream source productStrong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the jobSkilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMinimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent Require at least 1 year of work experience
