About this role
We are seeking an AI & Business Automation Lead to own the business impact and adoption of AI across our Audio organization.
As the global business owner for AI-enabled process automation, you will drive adoption of Claude and Salesforce Agentforce, define the AI governance framework, and turn our AI roadmap into measurable business results.
Acting as the central interface between Business and IT, you will work closely with the CRM Business Owner and the Service Business Owner as fellow initiative owners, and report program status through the Strategic Program Lead, who runs cross-portfolio governance across all Commercial Excellence workstreams. You report to the Director Digital & Commercial Transformation, Audio. This role is based in Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Audio AI roadmap and turn it into a prioritized, quantified use-case backlog with clear business impact, effort and timelineDrive adoption of Claude Enterprise and Salesforce Agentforce across functions, tracking usage and value deliveredDefine and maintain the AI governance framework, covering model selection, data handling and usage policyDesign and deliver training and enablement programs so AI adoption scales across the organizationIdentify and business-case new automation opportunities across Sales, Service and OperationsReport AI business impact and adoption metrics to executive management on a regular cadencePartner with Product Owners, IT and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of AI capabilities Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field5+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Process Automation, AI Enablement or a comparable roleHands-on experience with enterprise AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot) or automation/RPA platformsExperience with Salesforce, Agentforce or a comparable CRM ecosystem from a business ownership perspectiveProven ability to design and deliver change management and training programs at scaleStrong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills with a hands-on, results-oriented mindsetPassion for AI-driven innovation, process excellence and scalable global business solutions What We Offer
