Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive Growth/Marketing Action Plan including marketing, partnership, and community growth strategiesImplement new marketing strategies and leading our marketing team by example. Oversee all marketing operations, responsible for developing the marketing strategy and vision for all the markets in which the business operates globallyEstablishing key metrics, funnels, campaigns, performance monitoring, and reporting to support growth of the protocolManaging growth resources with marketing partners, agencies, investors, and valued customers.Set Marketing goals and objectives, and achieve themDetermine and manage KPIs for the growth department, including subset teams (content, digital, community, social, etc.) Keep the growth/marketing budget in checkTrack KPIs on a regular basis and present reportsWork with other teams to achieve overall growth of the companyUse data and reports to make evidence-based decisionsAnalyze company’s growth and marketing strategy and suggest improvementsStay up to date with the latest technology and best practices on GameFi marketAttend marketing conferences and educational programs, training for team members At least 5 years’ experience in marketing/growth management/leadershipBeing customer-centric, and data-drivenHands-on experience with CDP, CRM, SEO, analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, etc.Social Media Skills like Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.In-depth knowledge of big data analysisRegularly produce and present reportsExcellent organizational and time management skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent presentation skillsMA in Marketing, Management or similar relevant field is preferred but not requiredExperience in one of the fields such as Blockchain, Defi, GameFI, Metaverse, EVMs is a must Compensated fairly and attractive bonus according to the key resultsMentorship and coaching by our BOD and leadership in the company.Young, Dynamic working environment, with high exposure to global projects, leading KOLs/ influencers, and an international audience.Empowered work environment where you're trusted to build up a long living career
